Authors´Guidelines
Presentation Formats & Time Allocation
Please respect the allocated time for your presentation:
- Oral Presentation — 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
- Keynote Lecture — 60 or 45 minutes (according to program) including discussion
- Symposium — 60 minutes (combined contributions within the session)
- Workshop — 60 minutes
- Professional / Video Presentation — 10 minutes
Uploading Your Presentation
Presenters may submit their slides in two ways:
- On-site submission Presentations can be delivered at the registration desk at the Presentation upload desk. They will be automatically transferred to the lecture halls.
- Online submission Authors of oral presentations have already received a linkto the online submission system along with their personal password. They may upload their files in advance at any time.
Accepted File Formats
- PPTX or PDF
- Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9
On-site Presentation Setup
Each lecture hall will be equipped with a PC displaying the list of presentations for the current session. Presenters simply select their titled presentation from the list to begin.
Poster Guidelines
- Preferred size: A0 portrait (1189 × 841 mm)
- Also accepted: A1 (portrait or landscape)
- Materials for mounting posters will be provided on-site.
Practical Recommendations for Presenters
- Arrive in the lecture hall at least 10 minutes before your session begins.
- Check your slides for font compatibility and embedded media functionality.
- Use the recommended 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Respect the time limit — session chairs will monitor timing.
